Consistent processing and high-precision machining! Here we introduce examples of race machining of cold-formed materials.

Our company specializes in mold design and manufacturing, with a focus on irregular workpieces and precision gear products, and we have a mass production system in place. We primarily use a 1000TON knuckle press to shorten processes through transfer processing, and we have established a production line for a series of raw materials using two annealing furnaces and a bonding line. Additionally, we have built a consistent production flow and achieved high-precision processing through race processing lines, turning, grinding, and MC (machine control) technology.
